| Have we got a Skyrim.esm file yet? And if not, when are we going to make one? Also it'd help if all the files were sorted and posted somewhere for all the Skyrim members to access and look at. edit: btw I know that not much of Skyrim is finished yet, but even if the .esm does't contain any exteriors or interiors yet, I think it'd be nice to have a .esm with all the objects setup in the CS ready for people to use. | |

| I agree with Dirnae. Even if Skyrim is going to be a single esm for the enduser, it will help the development process if we have an esm that is only about the objects. Much easier to keep compatibility between the plugins and update is only necessary if new objects are added. I have pm'd you dirnae. We have a head of lore? Who is it? Nice to see things going along so well. | |

| I'm not convinced that an ESM including all resources is a good idea, cause it adds dependency to all Files that are saved with the ESM...
I've planned to make a resource ESP after everything is sorted....it's quite easier, modders can work direct on the ESP and I could merge them without adding any dependency to the Mainfile.

| TR uses a seperate esp for resourses and I can vouch that it works very well. Though I don't know much about merging files or any of that stuff | |

| Idk, to me a resource .esm seems to be the better choice. It's a proven, working method for sharing resources. | |

| Thats very true, but i don't think it's needed yet.
When the objects shared or use solely in each region are more solid then we should consider using a bsa

| edit: I don't really care how it's done, but it'd be good if everyone on the team can get and look through the Skyrim resources, and also they can see in the CS how the resources will be setup in game. Just sending the resources to certain people isn't very helpful imo, as anyone who is in the Skyrim team should be able to look through the resources. | |
